Preferred Formats
- Vector: PDF / AI / EPS (text outlined; strokes expanded)
- Raster: PSD / TIFF / PNG at 150–300 DPI at final size
- Color mode: CMYK; embed/linked images included
- Convert specialty fonts to outlines or include font files
Sizing & Finishing
- Add a 0.5″ safe margin inside the edge (keep text/logos clear)
- For grommets: allow at least 1″ clearance from edges for critical content
- Pole pockets: leave pocket area free of key artwork
- Bleed: not required—we finish banners with folded hems
