What to know before getting started.
Can you embroider across the center seam?
Many front-cap logos cross a center seam, but small detail directly on the seam may distort. Digitizing is adjusted for the specific design and hat.
Can I mix hat colors in one order?
Often yes, when the decoration remains the same and the thread colors work on every cap. Product availability and small quantities can affect pricing.
Do you have hat samples?
Contact us with the style you are considering. Sample access depends on current inventory and distributor availability.
Can you embroider on customer-supplied hats?
Only with prior approval and at the customer's risk. Hat construction varies widely and some styles cannot be safely run on our equipment.
