Good embroidery begins with the right garment and stitch file.
A logo must be digitized specifically for embroidery; a standard image file is not the stitch file the machine uses. We adjust stitch type, density, underlay and size around the artwork and garment.
Fine text and tiny details may need to be simplified. We will explain those limitations before production rather than promising that every printed logo can be duplicated stitch for stitch.

What to know before getting started.
Is there an embroidery minimum?
There is no universal minimum for every embroidery order, but small orders still include setup and production costs. We quote the actual garment, design and quantity.
What is digitizing?
Digitizing converts artwork into stitch instructions for the embroidery machine. It controls stitch direction, density, sequence and other production details.
Can you embroider customer-supplied garments?
Only under specific conditions and at the customer's risk. Some garments cannot be safely hooped or replaced, so approval is required before drop-off.
Can every small detail be embroidered?
No. Fine lines and tiny lettering may need to be enlarged or simplified for a clean result. We will recommend practical adjustments.
