We charge a one time fee of $60 to digitize your artwork for caps or flats or $80 for cap and hat combo.
To get your logo ready to be embroidered it first must be digitized. Embroidery digitizing is the process of converting existing vectored artwork into a stitch file that can be read by an embroidery machine. Great digitizing is the foundation of great embroidery. If you've previously had your logo embroidered and it had sloppy edges or underlying fabric showing through, you can blame it on the initial digitizing set up.
Keep in mind, not all logos will work well for embroidery and may need to be simplified, eliminating outlines, small text or tiny detail.
Yes, we offer 3D Puff Embroidery. However, there are limitations and not all logos can be embroidered using this method, only very simple logos can be done in this technique. 3D Puff Embroidery is accomplished by using a piece of foam and embroidering over the top of it giving it a cool three dimensional look.
No, we do not have a minimum order requirement for embroidery. Whether is it 1 or 1000+, we have you covered. However, the more you order the better price breaks you get!
Our standard turnaround for embroidery is 10-14 business days. We can accomadate rush orders, please contact us with deadline details.
We do allow Customer Supplied Items (C.S.I.). However, there is a 36 piece minimum (per style) and garments must be approved before the order is placed.
